WR Amari Rodgers from Clemson has also joined the USFL Stallions, per the FOX Sports roster website.
That is yet another significant addition to Birmingham’s free agency. Whoa!
Rodgers signed with the Houston Texans last season after being dismissed by the Packers. Rodgers had some success as a wide receiver for the Texans near the end of the season.
He has caught 20 passes for 249 yards and one score in 33 career games with the Colts (2023), Texans (2022), and Packers (2021–2022). In addition, he has returned 40 punts for 305 yards (7.6 average), three rushes for 18 yards, and 17 kickoff returns for 321 yards (18.9 average).
