With the 11th overall pick in the 2024 NFL Draft, the Las Vegas Raiders will be unable to select one of the top two quarterbacks. Drake Maye of UNC and Caleb Williams of USC are predicted to be chosen in the first five picks.
The Raiders will probably have to move up if they are looking to get a quarterback and have their sights set on one of the best players. Pro Football Network’s Dalton Miller proposed a trade that would give the Arizona Cardinals the No. 3 choice in the 2024 NFL Draft in exchange for the Raiders’ first and second round picks in 2024 as well as two 2025 picks.

Is Drake Maye’s Draft Stock Falling?
The anticipation for the 2023 season was great about Drake Maye. But his output has somewhat decreased. His starts aren’t as impressive this year after throwing for 4,321 yards and 38 touchdowns to just seven picks in 2022. In his 3,608 yards of passing, he has thrown 24 touchdowns and nine interceptions.
While not insignificant, those figures pale in comparison to those of 2022. Still, there is a lot of anticipation for Maye. At 6-foot-4 and 229 pounds, he is the ideal NFL quarterback in terms of stature. With 16 running touchdowns in the last two seasons combined, he can also make plays with his legs.
