Information for our journey to Colchester has been updated by Swindon

Are you unable to make it to Town’s rescheduled matchup with Colchester?

Swindon Town would like to inform supporters of the Colchester United deadline for refund requests from fans who are unable to attend our November game as scheduled.

The game between Town and Colchester will now go off at 7:45 p.m. on Tuesday, November 7.

Tickets for the original match, including parking passes, are still valid for the rescheduled date

The Arkless Stand, which is on one side of the stadium, will be where Newport supporters will be sitting. Over 1,300 fans can be found in the stand. The Stratton Bank Stand in the stadium offers additional overflow seating.

We have a nearby match this weekend against Swindon Town, so fans should have little trouble getting to Wilshere. The best routes to the stadium are as follows.Rodney Parade and The County Ground are separated by less than 60 kilometres. This trip should take about an hour and ten minutes, depending on traffic. Road construction on the M4 could cause delays for fans, so be sure to look ahead and make plans accordingly.

There are frequent direct and indirect trains running between Newport and Swindon. Public transit is also an option, and it takes about 10-15 minutes to walk from the train station to the stadium.

You’d be on a tight timeline because the last direct train that departs Newport and gets in Swindon before kickoff is at 13:31. You have plenty of time to go to the ground and take in the ambiance because the one before it departs at 12:34 and arrives at 13:18.

Following the game, direct trains depart regularly at 17:40, 18:14, 18:40, and 19:15. Each lasts for about 40 to 50 minutes.
