Pervis Estupinan, a fullback for Brighton & Hove Albion, won’t be playing for Ecuador in the forthcoming World Cup qualifiers, but the team has not yet been announced.
As Colombia are facing Ecuador in an upcoming fixtures, outlet Semana now features a story about the Brighton player’s issue.
Estupinan is a “key” player for his country’s team, according to the site, therefore his absence from the team is “painful.”
Recalling that the fullback once caused Colombia some issues by scoring in Ecuador’s 6-1 victory against them, manager Felix Sanchez will need to find substitutes in the squad since his injury is’sensitive’.
Brighton will have to wait to learn more about Estupinan’s recuperation since all that is now known is that he will be sidelined for a few weeks.
On October 12 and October 17, respectively, Ecuador will play Bolivia and Colombia.

Arsenal and Man City both have challenging games coming up. In fact, the champs’ next seven league games will be against the Gunners (A), Brighton (H), Manchester United (A), Bournemouth (H), Chelsea (A), Liverpool (H), and Tottenham (H).
The most fixture-proof team in the Premier League, Man City, has the potential to produce at least three or four clean sheets throughout that stretch. Walker has made 29 points in seven games while starting every Premier League game this year. He can serve as a direct replacement for Estupinan at £5.3 million.
