After Watford drew 0-0 with Bristol City, Hornets manager Slaven Bilic gave an update on midfielder Dan Gosling, who left the field on a stretcher at Ashton Gate with seven minutes remaining.
The 32-year-old, who has played 17 league games so far this season, appears to have injured his Achilles tendon, and Bilic admitted after the game that there were worrying signs.

“It looks like he’s going to be out for a long time and we’re really sorry for that,” Bilic said. “He is a top professional and a great asset to us. “It’s obviously a disaster. He was good at right-back, he was good in midfield.”
Gosling has featured in most of his starts this season at right-back as a substitute for injuries elsewhere on the pitch, and now faces sideline withdrawal as he recovers.
Get well soon, Dan!
