Erol Bulut provides injury update ahead of swansea clash that leave fans sweating

By reassuring Cardiff City supporters that he will be healthy for this weekend’s South Wales derby against Swansea, Aaron Ramsey allayed their concerns.

Ramsey scored a penalty to give England a 2-0 victory over Latvia, marking his 100th senior goal of all time. He also displayed some fantastic touches and magical moments in the middle of the pitch.

David Brooks, who scored the second goal in Riga in the 49th minute, was instead introduced by manager Rob Page just after the halftime whistle.

Page said when questioned about the injury: “We don’t know exactly [what it is]. If I’m being completely honest with you, I wouldn’t worry too much that he ran off the field.

Ramsey, who has already scored three goals this year—two for the Bluebirds and one for Wales—seemed optimistic that he would be good for the derby match at Cardiff City Stadium.

Regarding the injury, he added, “It’s just a precaution.” “I didn’t want to take any chances, but I’ll be fine for the weekend.”

With three games remaining in their Euro 2024 qualification group, Wales is now tied on points with third-placed Armenia and three points behind second-placed Turkey thanks to the Riga result.

Ramsey was thrilled with the outcome in Latvia, a victory that puts Wales back in the running for automatic qualification, albeit they will likely require a perfect season moving forward.

Speaking on the game, Ramsey said: “A lot of teams have come here and struggled. It wasn’t easy to come.”

“It’s amazing to come here and win with two goals, and Brooksy [David Brooks] as well. It’s terrific for us. He’s so crucial to us, so it’s good to see him score. Simply said, we’re glad to see him again.
