News: Draymond Green of the Golden State Warriors drops a bombshell about the Knicks
On Tuesday night, Green made the decision to spoil the Knicks’ fun. The former Warriors player was a member of the NBA broadcast team on TNT, and he wasn’t without his criticism of New York. It seems like Green does not think that the Knicks’ performance this season proves they are a serious contender for the championship:
Why Green continues to wonder why Knicks fans despise him is beyond me. He did, after all, release a fiercely critical assessment of their team’s performance this year.
To be fair, Green used current history to further illustrate his thesis. He looked at the Atlanta Hawks and the Portland Trail Blazers, two teams that had been “set up” following a winning year. After that one postseason run, things did not work out for either team, and Green thinks the Knicks will be no different.
