Butler is frequently involved in big tennis and golf competitions. He appeared at the Miami Grand Prix Open in Miami Gardens on Sunday. And Butler was the one who was happiest to see Lando Norris triumph.
Jimmy Butler, a forward with the Miami Heat, has always made use of his free time to go to some of the largest athletic events in the world.
Since 2019, the two have remained close friends.
Butler shared a video of himself hanging out with Norris and his pit crew on Instagram prior to the race.
“Hello, I’m Lando,” said Butler. Please move out of my way!
During a pre-race interview, Butler clarified his admiration for Norris.
“I want to be that person,” Butler declared. “He’s great, he’s young, he’s a little bit attractive, and so, I think it’s good to be him right now.”
For Norris, it was his first F1 victory. He interrupted the dominance of Max Verstappen.
