JUST NOW: A 24 year old star striker sign with Ipswich Town as wining threat to..

The 24-year-old will probably be permitted to depart The Emirates Stadium when the transfer market reopens, according to a report from TeamTalk.

Ipswich’s 2-0 victory over Huddersfield Town at home to secure promotion from the Championship in their first season following promotion from League One made this an unforgettable season for the team.

The Tractor Boys are currently getting ready to play in the Premier League again next season, which will mark their first appearance in the top division of English football in more than 20 years.

It appears that the people in control at Portman Road are already preparing some striking transfers during the window in preparation for that Premier League comeback.

According to this most recent update, Ipswich is eager to add some interesting players this summer to bolster Kieran McKenna’s team after promotion.

Nketiah is allegedly one of the people they intend to relocate for. The striker, who came through Arsenal’s youth, has played for Arsenal throughout whole professional career, with the exception of a loan transfer to Leeds during the 2019–20 season.

The 24-year-old is reportedly free to sign with another team this summer, though, as the Gunners are reportedly willing to let him go for the right price.

In an effort to get more consistent playing time, Nketiah is rumoured to be considering leaving the team this summer.

That might allow Ipswich to move forward, however it’s also been stated that several other Premier League teams are interested in him.

Nketiah’s contract with Arsenal is currently set to expire in about three years.

Because of this, his future at The Emirates Stadium is guaranteed through the end of the 2026–2027 campaign, putting the Gunners in a strong position to react to any summer transfer bids for the striker.

Eddie Nketiah might be a valuable asset to Portman Road.
If they can get it over the finish line, it seems like signing Nketiah would be a great move for Ipswich.

Kayden Jackson’s contract expires this summer, and Kieffer Moore is only on loan for one season.

As a result, they will require depth at centre forward before the upcoming campaign, particularly as George Hirst and Ali Al-Hamadi have not yet played in the Premier League.
