Higgins may provide an immediate spark after accumulating 257 catches for 3,684 yards and 24 touchdowns in his brief career. He also has a career average of 14.3 yards per reception, which might help New England move the ball more regularly in 2024.

Higgins had more receiving yards, average yards, and touchdowns than any other Patriots receiver last season. Higgins recorded 42 receptions for 656 yards and five touchdowns, both career lows due to injuries and only 12 games played.

Despite injuries last season, Higgins has been quite durable, playing 16 games in two of his first three seasons and 14 games in 2021. Higgins suffered a shoulder and ankle injury that year.
