Rasmus Kristensen, who is currently on loan from Leeds United, could be available to play for AS Roma again soon.

The fullback has been dealing with muscle difficulties and has not played since March 2nd, when he faced Monza.

According to Giallorossi.net, Kristensen has returned to group training, beginning his activities just two days before the derby against Lazio.

Despite the tight schedule, the outlet notes that the Leeds loanee could be called up for that game.
Kristensen has 46 appearances for Roma after arriving on loan in January 2023. For the time being, his future with Italy remains uncertain.

According to local media reports this week, the fullback, unlike Diego Llorente, is not anticipated to be signed by Roma because he has yet to impress.

With his recovery, it appears that he just has a few weeks to show himself, and a clock is already ticking elsewhere.

Those could even be significant for Leeds, as they will have to make a decision on what to do with him if the Giallorossi refuse to sit down for some permanent transfer talks.
