It has been days since Jason Kelce announced to Philadelphia Eagles fans everywhere that he was retiring. As you might expect, that news wasn’t lost on the Philly and national media. You see the G.O.A.T. is kind of a big deal, so much so that the Pro Football Hall of Fame has already begun its countdown to his induction. We’re a few years from seeing that happen, but the post-retirement party continues.
Everything began on Monday. Jason began our week with a heartfelt farewell. His words were a trip down memory lane and a celebration of some of our favorite moments involving our Birds. He made sure one of his stops included that iconic Philly Special play call during Super Bowl LII.
As most of you know, Jason hosts his New Heights podcast with his younger brother, Kansas City Chiefs star Travis Kelce. Their retirement special was certainly a must-watch.
