Wyness thinks Forest should avoid a points deduction

Finally, we appear to have someone speaking out with a little bit of sympathy over the situation at Forest.

The Reds have been charged after breaching the profit and sustainability rules put in place by the Premier League.

Wyness, however, doesn’t think Forest should face a points deduction for the crimes they are supposed to have committed.

He told The Inside Track podcast: “From what I’ve read – I have no inside knowledge of the situation at Forest – it seems to come down to player spending.

“It’s such a minor breach. The players they’ve bought have hardly destabilised the whole Premier League.
