Henderson, NevadaTurning the page to the summer of 2024, Las Vegas Raiders owner Mark Davis has named Tom Telesco the team’s permanent general manager. What comes next for the Silver and Black now that Telesco is the new general manager and Antonio Pierce is the permanent head coach? The most recent episode of the Las Vegas Raiders Insider Podcast covers the NFL Playoffs, AP’s search for an OC, Hondo in a hoodie, and the mindset of certain Raiders supporters.
Antonio Pierce discussed his new relationship with GM Tom Telesco, “He knows I was poking at him trying to get him going, trying to get that AP juice out of him, but he stayed very poker faced, which I was like, okay, cool, this is good. Obviously if he goes down, I go down. That’s just how it is. That’s the nature of the beast. We get it.”
Pierce added, “Our plan is to win, put a team in place that is competitive each and every week, and give ourselves an opportunity to win.” From February 27 to March 4, 2024, the NFL Scouting Combine will be held at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis, Ind. The NFL Draft will be held in Detroit, Mich., on April 25-27, 2024. The Las Vegas Raiders currently hold the No. 13 overall pick
