Cincinnati — Before Joe Burrow hurt his wrist in the Bengals’ game against the Baltimore Ravens on November 16, the NFL determined that the team had complied with all injury report procedures.
Tom Pelissero of NFL Network insiderdom first stated that no infractions were discovered.

Following the start of the investigation, NFL insider Ian Rapoport revealed that the Bengals provided the NFL with hours of video to demonstrate Burrow’s health before the game.”According to those who have seen the footage, Burrow threw the ball normally during practice, without a brace and took all of his normal reps,” Rapoport said. “Medical records certifying Burrow’s injuries was ‘acute,’ as Taylor has clarified, are also included. On November 27, Burrow had surgery to fix his wrist. Burrow has regularly been on the Bengals sidelines supporting backup Jake Browning since his season-ending injury.
