When the San Francisco 49ers travel to the East Coast to play the Philadelphia Eagles in Week 13, they have a few injury worries with two of their starters in the trenches. Arik Armstead, a defensive lineman, was limited in his performance during Friday’s session after missing practice on Wednesday and Thursday due to an injury to his foot. To finish the week against San Francisco, wide receiver Ray-Ray McCloud III and running back Jordan Mason were also present. All three players are doubtful to participate on Sunday going into the weekend.
On the offensive line, right guard Spencer Burford (knee) was limited during practice for the majority of the week and was removed off the injury list on Friday. Burford missed the 49ers’ Thanksgiving night game against the Seattle Seahawks due to a knee injury.
Head coach Kyle Shanahan mentioned briefly in his last week’s press conference how the 49ers felt confident and excited going into their previous meeting with the Eagles and how those feelings are still present this time around.
