The Premier League accused the Merseysiders of breaking financial fair play regulations in March. They are estimated to have lost a staggering £372 million in the last three years—much more than the Premier League’s £105 million cap.
The Premier League has suggested a 12-point deduction if the Toffees are found guilty, according to the Telegraph. A judgement is expected later this year. An impartial panel will make the ultimate decision.
