Newcastle United forward Callum Wilson believes Mohamed Salah has a good chance of earning the Golden Boot for Liverpool this season.
Wilson discussed the Egyptian star with Michail Antonio on the Footballer’s Football Podcast.
Few forwards have made a bigger impact on the Premier League than Mohamed Salah.
After a difficult spell at Chelsea early on his career, he’s discovered his best form at Anfield, scoring nearly 200 goals since arriving in 2017.
In that time, he’s helped Liverpool win the Premier League and Champions League as well as several cups.
On an individual basis, he also has three Premier League Golden Boots to his name, the same number as Harry Kane and Alan Shearer and more than the likes of Michael Owen and Didier Drogba.
However, last season a new threat arrived in the league in the form of Erling Haaland at Manchester City.
