The 29-year-old Forest player has received high praise for his performances.

On transfer deadline day, the Reds signed the 29-year-old from Benfica. He cost the club roughly £10 million and has yet to make his debut for the club since joining in the summer.

Vlachodimos appears to be a highly capable custodian for Forest. Steve Cooper will have some food for thought now that the footballer has received excellent reviews for his efforts for his country.

Vlachodimos receives attention for his performances in Greece.
For his efforts on international duty, the Forest custodian has been selected to the Who Scored Team of the Week. It includes eleven players who have represented their countries, including Vlachodimos.

Evangelos Marinakis signed the player in the summer. According to one rumour, the Reds boss wanted a Greek international in the Forest squad and couldn’t have picked a better man.

According to Who Scored, Forest custodian Vlachodimos made five saves against Holland and four against the Republic of Ireland. Wout Weghorst’s penalty against the Dutch was likewise saved by the custodian.

Vlachodimos is desperate for a Forest opportunity.
Right now, the Forest stopper is surely aware that he must be patient. Interestingly, Vlachodimos isn’t the only Forest custodian receiving plaudits on the world scene; Matt Turner is as well.
