NEWS FLASH: A JURY EXPERT CLAIMS ASTON VILLA’S ATTACK ON MIDFIELDER HAD TRAINING

Jacob Ramsey, a midfielder for Aston Villa, suffered an injury setback and is not expected to exercise for the next five weeks, according to Dr. Rajpal Brar.

His initial ailment, according to the injury expert, was a fractured metatarsal, but this one doesn’t seem to be as critical.

It would have taken two or three months to complete that, but there is a significant probability he will return within the next six weeks.

Dr. Brar, a physical therapist and sports scientist, commented on his setback to Villa News, saying: “The initial injury was a broken or fractured metatarsal but this one sounds like the fracture isn’t as bad.

“That could also imply that it isn’t as serious as a fracture and may be in a different, more expedient location within the metatarsal.

“If this wasn’t a contact-based reinjury, the Villa medical staff will be very systematic with his return and return to activity.

Emery and the other coaches are likely to see him back in practise in about five weeks.

Unai Emery will be severely hurt by Ramsey’s relapse on the road to getting back to 100% health.

He participated in 35 Premier League games last year, scoring six goals and dishing out seven assists.

The 22-year-old was one of the first names on the roster, and it is unclear where he will play until he has gained his health back.

The team has a number of new players, so the Englishman will have to contend with competition for spots in the upcoming weeks.
