Apart from two bad defeats at home, there is some more bad injury news for Leicester City. Harvey Barnes is expected to be out for some time as he requires surgery.

Brendan Rodgers’ Blue Army will not want to get used to back-to-back defeats at the King Power Stadium. Especially when it was a game as important as beating Slavia Prague in the Europa League and then returning to the Premier League to face Arsenal.

The reorganization of the six major clubs was a great success. Although the Foxes still have a position advantage over their North London EPL rivals, this 3-1 result is negative for both their confidence and Leicester’s hopes of a top-four Champions League place.

Let’s just say Sunday’s result doesn’t mean the start of a season-ending defeat for the East Midlands side, like last season’s awful encounter.

More problems for Leicester City
I’m sure you already know that Leicester have increasing injury problems at the moment. Currently canceled:
Harvey Barnes, Jonny Evans, James Maddison, Wesley Fofana, Ayoze Perez, Dennis Prato, James Justin and club captain Wes Morgan.
Unfortunately, Barnes and Evans were most recently injured against the Gunners at the weekend. Rodgers gave an update after the game and said the England international will be sidelined for at least six weeks. Here’s what his fellow politician and fellow politician had to say about the man from Northern Ireland.

As for other injuries, Rodgers said Jonny Evans had a sore calf that he managed to heal, but it got worse during today’s game. He is going to do a scan.
He looks like he could be a center back if he understands the boss correctly. Still, the winger may struggle to regain the full fitness and deadly productivity he showed this season by the end of the 2020/21 season.
