“During pre-season in 2018, the coach actively encouraged the team to discuss inspirational stories or people who have influenced our lives.”I opted to speak about my grandfather, who died after a valiant battle with prostate cancer. He had a significant impact on my life, and the talk fueled my desire to emulate this amazing man in every way I could.

“Prostate cancer is the most common cancer in men and knowing that has certainly drove us all on over the years and we’re delighted that the football family is coming together once more for a fantastic charity that’s close to my heart.

This year, football supporters are also welcome to join their club’s employees in a daily walk, run, or bike ride. Another first for the challenge, this year’s Prostate United will take place in October, beginning on October 1st, a month earlier than prior editions.

“We’re really looking forward to Prostate United 2023.” This year, we’re aiming to raise £500,000, which would be a significant milestone for the challenge.

“What we really want to highlight this year is the Prostate United family and network of people who are all working together to achieve one common goal: to raise as much money for Prostate Cancer UK as possible.” We sincerely hope that the football community will support us.
