Newcastle United double injury concern as £75m duo a doubt to face Brighton and Hove Albion.

Newcastle United’s Sven Botman and Joelinton have suffered injuries ahead of their match against Brighton and Hove Albion.

Two Newcastle United players will have late fitness tests before Saturday’s Premier League match against Brighton & Hove Albion (kick-off 5:30pm).

Sven Botman and Joelinton were pulled off late in Newcastle’s 2-1 defeat to 10-man Liverpool on Sunday and are doubts for the game at the Amex Stadium. Botman slid awkwardly on his ankle after attempting a header, and Joelinton had a knee injury.
