On the other hand, Mount has agreed a deal that will make him earn £250,000 a week, £65million in the next five years.

At Stamford Bridge, the England international was only earning a low salary of £80,000 a week and the Blues were unable to agree fresh terms with him.

Do you think he deserves to earn a contract worth £65million?

The 24-year-old will largely improve the quality and the depth of the squad at Old Trafford.

Mount can effectively play in the central midfield, central attacking midfield and in the wide offensive positions if needed.

Under the guidance of Thomas Tuchel, he won the UEFA Champions League, the UEFA Super Cup and the Club World Cup trophies for Chelsea.

In the 2021-22 campaign, the Three Lions attacking midfielder directly contributed in twenty nine goals in all competitions.

It will be intriguing to see where Erik ten Hag will utilize him in his starting lineup. His preferred position is No. 10 but Bruno Fernandes is the main man for the CAM role.

We can expect Mason Mount to take Christian Eriksen’s place in order to partner Casemiro in the center of the park. What do you think?
