UPDATE NEWS: Aston Villa,beat Barcelona for the signing a-year-old Italian international

Nicolo Zaniolo joined Galatasaray in January, and it will be interesting to see if the Turkish outfit are prepared to sell him. A report from Tuttomercatoweb claims that Aston Villa and Barcelona could look to make a move for the 24-year-old soon.

Zaniolo has been linked with a move to the Premier League in the past. However, he decided to join Galatasaray from AS Roma, and it remains to be seen whether he is willing to move to Aston Villa in the coming weeks.

The West Midlands club could certainly use more creativity in the final third, and Zaniolo could prove to be a superb acquisition. The 24-year-old is highly rated around Europe, and he could be a quality player for Unai Emery in the coming seasons.
