The University of Alabama’s Track & Field and Cross Country programs have officially released their 2025 recruiting standards, setting clear benchmarks for prospective athletes aspiring to join the Crimson Tide. Middle and long-distance runners must achieve times like 2:08.0 in the 800m or 4:33 in the 1500m for scholarship consideration. In field events, standout performances such as a 5’8″ high jump or a 40’0″ triple jump are the benchmark for scholarship offers.
