Now that the attacker has acknowledged that a major transfer is his “dream,” Genoa president Alberto Zangrillo has dropped a major hint that he will arrive in North London this summer.

“He has a national and international market, it is correct for both parties to make evaluations, what matters is the final result.

Though it will be difficult to sign Conor Gallagher from London rivals Chelsea, Spurs are still huge supporters of the midfield player. Joao Gomes of the Wolves might be the substitute for Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg by the Spurs.

It’s interesting to note that Spurs are also reportedly investigating Torino center-half Alessandro Buongiorno, so Gudmundsson is not the only Serie A player they have been linked to. However, considering that he will cost £34 million, Spurs might be better off going for free agent Tosin Adarabioyo.
