WHAT A SIGNING: Newcastle have agree to sign 2 QB defenders worth £100m

The name Radu Dragusin, a 21-year-old Romanian, is frequently mentioned with the assumption that he would only cost £25 million from Genoa.

However, there is another name in the picture, but it now appears that the price of that deal will be four times more.

Similar to Sven Botman, Branthwaite has been dubbed a “Rolls Royce” player, which has led Everton to place a big fee on his head. Newcastle, Tottenham, and Manchester United are all keeping an eye on him.

At six feet five inches, Branthwaite has been an outstanding player for Everton this season, helping the team overcome their 10-point deficit and move out of the danger zone.

Branthwaite and Botman appear to be somewhat similar.
Given that Sven Botman is now positioned at left center back and that Branthwaite is a left-sided center-back who can also play at left back, is Newcastle considering looking to Branthwaite to take over for Dan Burn at left back?

Although Everton maintains that they are not under any pressure to sell Branthwaite, their tenuous financial situation may make it difficult for them to hold out for very long.

Although Branthwaite would be a terrific youthful addition to Newcastle’s team, we have to question how likely it is that this is the case given that he holds the same position as Sven Botman. In the final minute of stoppage time, Trippier misjudged a header to give Chelsea a chance to win the Carabao Cup, ending Newcastle’s hopes of winning the trophy. With only a few seconds remaining, he could have tied the game by letting the ball get past him or heading it in any other direction, but he chose to let it go.

In the end, the game came down to penalties, and Chelsea was quite successful on them while Newcastle missed two of their attempts. Matt Ritchie’s spot-kick was saved after Kieran Trippier added to his own agony with a terrible penalty that was pulled wide.

Trippier had a nightmare, and despite the outrage expressed online, we’re confident that nothing will compare to the thrashing he’ll be inflicting on himself.

Naturally, Eddie Howe instantly expressed his intention to back his vice-captain, but Trippier also got encouraging comments from the most unexpected source.

Mykhailo Mudryk, the man who grabbed the chance that Trippier’s mistake had given him. After the game, the Ukrainian sent Tripps a message on Instagram reels.
