In Orchard Park, New York, on Sunday afternoon, the Buffalo Bills will play the Dallas Cowboys. The home team is hoping to win a second straight game, something they haven’t done since October 1. Here’s a brief assessment of both teams’ injury situations as they get ready for Week 15.

There is no chance that any of the three players listed above will miss any playing time, not even edge rusher Von Miller, who is only on the team’s roster because he had a scheduled veteran rest day yesterday. Although Buffalo’s training staff continues to provide them with some care and pain/injury management, they have been fully involved in their preparation for this week’s game.

Following the Bills’ victory over the Kansas City Chiefs in Week 14, Johnson and Kincaid were a little bruised. Even though Kincaid was wearing a non-contact jersey today and both players had been limited in practice, it’s likely that they’ll be ready for Sunday’s 4:25 p.m. kickoff.

While his shoulder is getting better every day, Kincaid stated that his thumb injury is still present but not life-threatening.een full participants even though they’re still receiving some attention and training for this week’s game.

Regarding Johnson, the sixth-year nickel cornerback doesn’t appear to be hindered by his ankle issue. Although he was wearing a red jersey and is labeled as limited for today’s practice, the team is not concerned about contact. His constraints were probably an attempt to minimize swelling in order for him to play on Sunday. This season, Johnson hasn’t missed a start, even in the weeks when he was first in the concussion protocol.

Elam and Shorter participated fully in the team’s midweek practice on Thursday, but they haven’t been taken off the injured reserve (IR) list as of yet. Buffalo just opened Shorter’s practice window Wednesday, so it’s doubtful that they activate him this week. Buffalo will have another 20 days to decide. Elam is a different tale. He has been practicing for the past ten of his 21 days. Whether or whether they bring him back this week will depend on two factors: first, how healthy is the ankle he injured during the preseason and then attempted to play through early in the season; and second, does Buffalo have enough defensive backs in his absence? Elam is unlikely to be able to play with Christian Benford, Rasul Douglas, Dane Jackson, and Cam Lewis in good condition.
