As the Philadelphia Eagles get ready for their second road game of the season against the Dallas Cowboys, Jalen Hurts discussed Micah Parsons’ threat while presenting him with his roses.
Jalen Hurts stated, “He’s a really good player,” according to Chris Franklin of NJ Advance Media. “You see a lot of those kinds of athletes on these different teams throughout the league, but these guys have a different kind of edge rusher because he’s a big-time player. You have to take into consideration all of the other individuals on that team who are major players.
The previous time these two teams met in Philadelphia, the Eagles sneakily prevailed 28–23. Following a defeat to the San Francisco 49ers, the Eagles have improved to 10-2 on the season, one game ahead of the Cowboys at 9-3. Philadelphia would greatly benefit from a victory if they were to guarantee both the NFC East and the top seed in the conference. In the event of a loss, the two clubs would share first place in the NFC East.
The outcome of this game will have a significant impact on the NFC playoff landscape. Seeing how Hurts performs and whether Micah Parsons can have an effect on the game will be interesting to watch. The Eagles have a good chance to win, but it will be difficult to do so given that the Cowboys have won all of their home games this year.
