GOOD NEWS : Ohio State sign $136 million 29 year-old free agent from…….

Ohio State football saw two players enter the transfer portal after they missed out on a College Football Playoff birth.

The final four teams that will play for a National Championship next month were revealed by the College Football Playoff Committee on Sunday afternoon. Ohio State football head coach Ryan Day and his Buckeyes were not among the teams who made the cut. The 11-1 Buckeyes’ demise came last week in a close road defeat to Michigan football, a team that Day has now dropped three straight games against.

A little salt was added to Day and his staff’s wounds when the rankings were revealed when it was revealed that two of their players would be entering the transfer portal. Running back Evan Pryor will be the first player to transfer, according to Hayes Fawcett of On3 Sports on X, the website that was formerly known as Twitter. Later on in the day, defensive back Ryan Turner also revealed on X that he would be leaving Ohio State.

After missing out on the miracle that would have qualified them for the College football playoffs, the Buckeyes could have needed some better news than this. Ohio State football would have needed a string of both upsets and predicted triumphs on Saturday in order to punch their ticket to the final four because of how packed the field was this year. Unfortunately for Ryan Day, none of those things happened.
