HURTS SET RECORD ON NOV 26 Jalen Hurts of the Philadelphia Eagles set an NFL record with his latest Brotherly Shove running touchdown against the Buffalo Bills on Sunday.

When is Dallas Goedert coming back? Fantasy outlook for Eagles TE ahead of Week 16

Hurts scored from one yard out to give the Eagles a 7-0 lead, but he also became the NFL’s first quarterback to have 10 or more rushing touchdowns in three consecutive seasons.

Hurts, who has been struggling with a bone bruise in his knee, was hit hard in the lower body while standing in the pocket with less than a minute remaining. He was clearly in pain on the ground before limping away slowly.

Fortunately for Philadelphia, he returned to the field to start the third quarter. Even still, it’s safe to say that all Eagles fans were holding their breath.

“This is serious (bleep) that we’re dealing with up here Sunday, man,” Jones remarked on 105.3 The Fan during his weekly radio show. “We’ve got to put on our game face.” In my opinion, we’re playing the best team in the NFL. We played San Francisco when they were number one and got blown out.”

The Eagles defeated the Cowboys 26-17 at Lincoln Financial Field in October of last season on their way to the NFC East title and, finally, the Super Bowl.
