Jason, who plays center for the Philadelphia Eagles, teams up with his brother, who plays tight end for the Kansas City Chiefs, for a new holiday duet dubbed ‘Fairytale Of Philadelphia.’

It’s a cover and reworking of The Pogues’ popular Christmas song ‘Fairytale Of New York,’ with each brother serenading the other with their own verses, including the lyric “You’re the king of South Philly.”

The song is off the Philadelphia Eagles’ upcoming holiday album ‘A Philly Special Christmas Special,’ and the brothers announced their collaboration on Instagram Sunday night (November 14).

In one scene, the Kelces are depicted as claymation-style puppets who take the stage to perform together.

We’re here recording the Christmas album, and the boys had an idea that maybe you could jump on,” Jason explained in a subsequent Instagram post, describing how the song came to be.

“It’s like two people fighting, but they really care about each other.” That works incredibly well for our connection. I believe it might be a look at two brothers’ relationship and how much you’re tangled up in your family’s lives and how much that influences where you end up in life.
