ADDITIONAL NOTE: Despite being placed on IR at the same time as Evans, the Eagles did not activate Quez Watkins’ 21-day practice window. This could imply that Quez will not be ready to return until at least Week 12.TOGIAI NOAH
On Monday, the Eagles worked out Togiai. Here’s what we came up with:
Togiai joined the Eagles as an undrafted rookie free agent after the 2020 NFL Draft. The Indianapolis Colts claimed him off waivers, but he returned to Philadelphia in 2021 and remained on the Eagles’ practice squad through the 2022 season.
In the offseason, Togiai joined Jonathan Gannon at the Arizona Cardinals. In October, he spent time on the practice squad of the Las Vegas Raiders.
With Dallas Goedert out, the Eagles may try to add tight end depth to their practice squad. Togiai is already familiar with the scheme and has played on special teams.
