Shocking injury news as Minnesota Vikings midfielder had accident and break his leg this evening

The sensational wide receiver of the Minnesota Vikings, Justin Jefferson, could be activated from the injured reserve list. The last four games were missed by Jefferson due to a hamstring injury.

However, it is still uncertain if the wide receiver will have a chance to play again in the game against the New Orleans Saints.

Kevin O’Connell, the head coach of the Minnesota Vikings, is not sure when the wide receiver will play again. Jefferson sustained a hamstring injury when they lost the match to Kansas City Chiefs. The head coach also stated that the group is “working through” his comeback.

O’Connell also shared, “Justin has done a phenomenal job in his rehab,”

“He’s still been a part of meetings, he’s mentally in it.”

He further stated, “It’s possible we will open up his window on Wednesday. But we’re gonna do what’s best for Justin and make sure that we’re doing everything responsibly to make sure that when Justin does return he can be the Justin Jefferson we all know and expect to see out there. I just credit him for how he’s worked through it and through this whole process.”

When a player starts to practice after being on the injury reserve the supposed team has a period of twenty days to add him to the active roster. If not activated in the given period then the player goes back on injury reserve for the remainder of the season.

This season, the wide receiver posted 63 passes for 571 yards and three touchdown points. Jefferson’s yardage score was in the top three when he sustained the injury.
