According to the team, wide receiver Tyrie Cleveland and defensive tackle Moro Ojomo both have mobility in all of their extremities.

Two Philadelphia Eagles players were taken off the pitch during Thursday’s preseason game after suffering neck injuries, but the team stated that both had movement in all of their extremities.

Tyrie Cleveland was stretchered off the field after collapsing on his neck or shoulder area after making a grab in the third quarter of a game against the Cleveland Browns.

Before Cleveland, 25, was taken off the pitch, players from both teams approached him.

“WR Tyrie Cleveland has a neck injury and is out.” “He can move all of his limbs,” the team wrote on Twitter.

Later in the fourth quarter, Eagles defensive tackle Moro Ojomo was taken off the field after suffering what the team termed as a “severe injury.”

As he was being led off the pitch, he offered a thumbs up.

He also had movement in all of his extremities, according to the team.

Cleveland was picked by the Denver Broncos in 2020. In January, he was recruited to the Eagles’ practise squad. Ojomo was chosen by the Eagles in this year’s draught.

Cleveland lay on his stomach for several minutes following the play while being treated to by the team’s medical staff.

Cleveland was placed on a stretcher and taken off the field by Eagles medical workers.

Players from both teams gathered around the cart as it escorted Cleveland off the pitch.

Cleveland was ruled out due to a neck injury, but the Eagles reported he has “movement in all of his extremities.”

Ojomo was also taken off the field on a stretcher in the fourth quarter after being struck in the neck by teammate Tristin McCollum while the two were attempting to tackle Browns quarterback Kellen Mond.

Ojomo, who was picked by the Eagles in the seventh round this year, flashed a thumbs up and waved as he was led off the pitch.

The Eagles also ruled out Ojomo due to a neck issue, citing “movement in all of his extremities.”

The game concluded in a draw, 18-18.
