I’m really excited that we are now able to sell shirts to enable fans to wear the same kit as the female players they look up to and have aspirations to follow in their footsteps, said Jenna Burke-Martin, head of women and girls football, who is thrilled that Wolves Women shirts are finally available alongside the men’s first team hero shirts at the Megastore.

“Wolves’ retail department has been eager to implement this for some time, and with the rule changes, the club has seized the chance to sell the uniform. I want to express my gratitude to Nik Walls (retail print executive) and the rest of the retail team for their contributions to make this possible.

Olivia Fergusson’s goal in the first thirty seconds gave Wolves a significant advantage in the game. When Wilson headed in the third goal, she added her name to the scoresheet for the third time this year and won Player of the Match. With their victory over the Terriers, Dan McNamara’s team secured back-to-back league victories.

The Old Gold’s triumph over the Terriers was also, in my opinion, a wonderful way to recover from last week. I simply can’t argue with four goals and a perfect score.

“We had a really strong first half and probably didn’t continue it as much as we would have wanted to in the second half in terms of keeping the pressure on, but all round, it was a good day at the office.”
