The knives came out even before the final whistle had blown on the Bears game. There have been lots of calls for action to be taken — someone to be fired. Ron Rivera indicated that he’s not ready to fire any of his staff; Josh Harris indicated that he doesn’t intend to make a coaching change now either. Magic Johnson appeared a little less sanguine. Today, we ask you what the right approach is.
