Two clubs said to be keen on Clarry

Tom Morris said on Trade Radio that the two sides were expressing some interest in Oliver, who is under contract until the end of 2030.
Melbourne are thought to be open to hearing offers for the 26-year-old but will only sell Oliver if the price is right.
While the Crows and Demons will meet at some point during the trade period to discuss the future of wantaway forward Shane McAdam, 7News’ Theo Doropolous claims Oliver’s name may also come up.
According to Doropolous on Twitter, Adelaide would most likely have to start negotiations by providing pick 9, a future first round pick, and Shane McAdam in order to land Oliver.
West Lakes also has selections 21 and 24 in the 2023 AFL Draft, as well as whatever compensation they receive for losing free agent Tom Doedee to Brisbane.

Following interest from Collingwood and Sydney, Adelaide free agent has picked Adelaide as his preferred landing location.

On Wednesday, both clubs confirmed Doedee’s intentions.

Eagle-eyed Giants seeks off-season shift
Backup Giants ruck Matthew Flynn has formally requested a move, alerting GWS to his desire to land at Lathlain and join West Coast. Flynn’s AFL life may have begun after being selected with the 41st pick of the 2015 draft, however, the Narrandera native wouldn’t make his league debut until Round 1 of the 2021 season. However, following the ascent of fellow ruck Kieran Briggs in 2023, the 26-year-old was demoted back to his role as understudy, featuring just nine times during Adam Kingsley’s first year as coach. Out of contract at Tom Wills Oval, and unwilling to duke it out for the main job, Flynn requested a trade to the Eagles on Wednesday, as per reports from Riley Beveridge of AFL Media.

Yet, as reported by Callum Twomey of AFL Media, an unspecified number of Victorian teams have raised interest in prising the 23-year-old loose during the exchange period.
