At the 2019 Football Content Awards, Bolton Wanderers have been nominated for Best Football Club (Football League).
The Football Content Awards, founded in 2012 and nicknamed the “Oscars of the Football Content Industry,” recognize and celebrate the best in online football media.
Along with Birmingham, Exeter, Ipswich, Middlesbrough, Notts County, Port Vale, Portsmouth, Stoke, and Wrexham, Wanderers’ in-house media, communications, and marketing staff has been nominated.
“We are thrilled to be one of only ten football club media teams from across the EFL in the running for this special award,” said Siobhan Chaplow, Chief Communications Officer of Bolton Wanderers.
“Our goal is to bring fans closer to the action on and off the field, as well as to celebrate everything that makes this historic football club unique and special.”

The polls will close at 23:59 on Sunday, October 8th. The winners will be announced during the Anfield awards ceremony on November 16th.
