Aston Villa are apparently considering changing their mind about bringing one of their players back to Villa Park during the summer transfer window.

According to rumors, Villa are considering recalling highly rated youngster Louis Barry from his loan at Stockport County. The 20-year-old has five goals and one assist in eight league games this season and is a key player at Edgeley Park, but his stay could be cut short.

TEAMtalk claims that Villa are considering recalling him and loaning him out to a higher level than League Two. Barry joined the Manchester club on a season-long loan, but he has the option of returning to the Midlands in January.
If any Championship or League One clubs express an interest, Villa might take advantage of the opportunity. Villa sold Jaden Philogene to Hull City and Cameron Archer to Sheffield United earlier this summer, so there is money to be made on their academy graduates.
Barry signed a new deal with the club before leaving for Stockport County, however the length of the contract was not disclosed by Villa. His previous contract was set to expire in the summer.
