Raskin has suffered a calf problem and will be out until after the international break, while Danilo will also be out until next month after undergoing surgery for the facial injury picked up when scoring against St Johnstone.
Cantwell and Dowell were previously ruled out for between 3/4 weeks with knee injuries and remain unavailable ahead of the clash at Ibrox.
“Nico Raskin is out with a calf problem – Raskin, Cantwell and Danilo will be missing,” Beale said.
“We still have options in midfield – we are losing a good player but we have good ones coming in.
“Danilo has had a successful surgery on the areas impacted. He will be back in non-contact training come the end of the international break.”
The Rangers are also preparing to recruit another long-term target in the summer: Los Angeles midfielder Jose Cifuentes.
Manager Michael Beale revealed on Sky Sports News on Friday that the club have agreed a pre-contract deal, with his current deal set to expire in December.
“It’s getting closer. There are logistics, work permits and everything in between,” he told Sky Sports News of the deal to sign the Ecuador international.
“The clubs are still talking. His contract expires at the end of the year and we have an agreement on this.
“We want to finish early so he can join us in this transfer window.
“Those discussions are ongoing.”
Kieran Dowell, Cyriel Dessers, Jack Butland, Sam Lammers, Leon Balogun, Dujon Sterling and Abdallah Sima joined Rangers in this transfer window.
