According to journalist Alan Nixon, Huddersfield Town will appoint former Sheffield Wednesday manager Darren Moore as manager.
Neil Warnock is leaving Huddersfield Town after being dissatisfied with the level of support he received during the summer transfer window.
The veteran manager kept the Terriers in the Championship last season against all odds, but the club has opted to move on.
Warnock is going, and former Sheffield Wednesday manager Moore is expected to take his place.
Moore led the Owls to promotion to the Championship last season before parting ways with the club’s owner.
He is now set to take command of Huddersfield Town in the Championship this season.
Warnock has stated that he is leaving a squad capable of pushing up the table and even making a run to the playoffs.
Moore’s ability to get the same level from Huddersfield’s players remains to be seen, but the club will give him the chance.
