senior player enjoys amusing interaction with Wolves star on Instagram after making Brazil history

Fabio Silva had a really great performance for Portugal U21 against Belarus yesterday.

The 21-year-old started for his country in their final Euro qualifying match.

And Silva has had a huge impact.

The Wolves striker put in an incredible 45-minute performance in which he scored two goals and provided two superb assists.
Both of Silva’s assists were with his heel, showing his excellent awareness. This string of goals comes just days after Silva scored and assisted against Andorra.
Silva is an avid Instagram user, so he always posts about scoring 4 goals in a match.

Uploading 4 photos, he wrote:
“Congratulations on your victory!” “For God is greater than our hearts and knows all things” 1 João 3:
20.”

Silva received quite a response to his post.

Some of his Portugal U21 teammates reacted.
But there was also recognition from AC Milan star and Portuguese striker Rafael Leao. Neymar Jr made history at the weekend by becoming Brazil’s all-time top scorer – and Wolves star Matheus Cunha had a humorous interaction with his team-mates after the match. After missing the penalty kick, Neymar made history by scoring his 78th goal.

Not satisfied with just one goal, he then scored another at the death to take his tally to 79.

It was an incredible feat for the 31-year-old considering some of the players who wore the shirt – and immediately after the match he had a humorous interaction with Wolves’ Cunha.

Brazil beat Bolivia 5-1 on Saturday in World Cup qualifying, with Neymar scoring twice.

Neymar is on par with the great Pelé with 77 goals. Leao, who has been on Wolves’ transfer radar, commented “That’s right mate”, followed by a heart emoji. Great to see from Silva
After Silva struggled for Wolves against Crystal Palace, this was exactly what Wolves fans wanted to see.

£35 million striker Silva was excellent against Belarus and I hope his performance will give real confidence.

Now is the time for him to step up to the plate for Wanderers.

Gary O’Neil gave him a chance. He just needs to start being a little more ruthless in front of the old golden goal. And now Silva has marked his latest outing with an Instagram post…
