update news: West Ham trying to complete ‘statement signing’ of top-class 55-goal striker

It has again been claimed that WEST HAM are trying to wrap up the signing of Sevilla star Youssef En-Nesyri

The transfer window has actually been a very good one for the Hammers in recent weeks as they have spent some of that £105 million they got from the sale of Declan Rice.

Their midfield has been improved with the signings of James Ward-Prowse and Edson Alvarez – while they have also just splashed £17 million on the signing of impressive Konstantinos Mavropanos from Stuttgart.

But David Moyes is not yet done and they have agreed a deal to sign Mohammed Kudus from Ajax – and are now working on a late deal to sign En-Nesyri from Sevilla to add goals to the side.

are West Ham are now working on a deal to sign the striker from Sevilla in a deal worth close to £30 million.

The Sevilla striker has netted 55 goals in 157 games in all competitions for the Spanish outfit since signing from Leganes for £17m in 2020.

West Ham weren’t struggling for goals on Sunday when they faced London rivals Chelsea, but Moyes knows he needs to add more to that attack in order to really challenge for Europe

If WEST HAM manage to sign the impressive En-Nesyri from Sevilla it will be another statement signing from the club – he is a man that has played at the very highest level of the game and scored goals.

And for the money that is being talked about – he would be a real bargain for the club – West Ham fans would surely love this deal to happen
