According to Spanish source, Nacional, Erik ten Hag is pressing the Red Devils to secure the signing of French international, Aurelien Tchouameni.

The Catalan outlet have mentioned that on the Dutch manager’s request, Man Utd will travel to agree a deal for the Les Bleus midfielder.

It is reported that the Los Blancos want a fee of 80 million euros (£68.7m) to sell the midfielder they bought for a similar fee from Monaco.

If Man Utd do not meet the asking price, then Tchouameni will continue to play for Madrid under Carlo Ancelotti with no guarantees of starting.

 

The 14-time European champions have ample quality and depth in the center of the park. They have recently agreed new deals with veterans, legends, Toni Kroos and Luka Modric.
