As you can see below, it is quite a selection of talent:
Goalkeepers – Asmir Begovic (Everton), Mark Travers (Bournemouth), Tom Heaton (Manchester United), Thomas Kaminski (Blackburn Rovers)
Defenders – Jamaal Lascelles (Newcastle), Joel Latibeaudiere (Swansea City), Mads Andersen (Barnsley)
Midfielders – James McArthur (Crystal Palace), Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall (Leicester City), Tahith Chong (Birmingham City), Lewis Travis (Blackburn Rovers)
Strikers – Chuba Akpom (Middlesbrough), Chiedozie Ogbene (Rotherham United), Jerry Yates (Blackpool), Ryan Mmaee (Ferencvaros), Samuel Ntanda (Sampdoria)
All of which have been covered by Vital Luton Town, in numerous articles.
But, incidentally, not a single one of the above players has put pen-to-paper on a contract with the Hatters, even though the transfer window is open.
Indeed, I have to ask myself if any of the above will actually join Luton Town!
Those who run our club, quite rightly, keep their cards close to their chests as they unravel all the problems associated with a deal, usually announcing a signing when it is all done and dusted.
But, as another week begins, we’ll keep our eyes focussed on the media and report back on any developments in the market, either real or speculative.
