The upcoming season holds great promise for the Cincinnati Bengals. Their nucleus of Tee Higgins, Ja’Marr Chase, and Joe Burrow may not be able to play together much longer beyond the 2024 season. Given that Higgins is franchise-tagged, the likelihood is that he will be dealt during the season, waived, or sign with a another team.

Having stated that, though, Burrow’s standing is still unclear. As you may remember, Joe Burrow missed the entire previous season due to a serious wrist injury. There haven’t been many updates on the Bengals star’s rehabilitation thus far. Fans are a little alarmed about it.

Well, Burrow provided some details about his rehabilitation procedure during a recent news conference. According to Geoff Hobson, the Bengals star provided an encouraging update, stating that he has been following his normal offseason regimen. It’s encouraging for the team, especially since he was last injured less than six months ago.

“I work out daily at the rehab. It always includes that. It hasn’t had a significant impact on my offseason training. I’ve been able to perform nearly all of my typical lifting and conditioning tasks. I’m in excellent physical shape.

During their Week 11 game against the Baltimore Ravens, Burrow suffered a wrist injury. Bengals supporters witnessed a horrifying sight: Burrow was completely incapable of throwing a football following the injury. Ultimately, his season-ending injury meant Cincinnati would not make the playoffs at all.
