Omar Marmoush, a striker for Eintracht Frankfurt, has been linked to a move outside of the Bundesliga, and teams like Newcastle United, Tottenham Hotspur, and Liverpool are eager to sign him.

This season, the Egyptian striker has been very productive, tallying 15 goals and dishing out six assists across all competitions. Along with the other two Premier League clubs, Liverpool is keeping an eye on him; it is to be seen if they make an official bid to further express their interest.

According to a SportBILD report via SportWitness, the three English clubs are reportedly considering offers of between €50 and €60 million for the Egyptian. Mohamed Salah may leave Liverpool at the end of the current campaign, in which case Marmoush might be a compelling replacement. If Salah does not sign an extension with Liverpool, he will enter his final year of contract in the summer, and Liverpool may be under pressure to cash in on him.

Liverpool will have to replace his inventiveness and goal-scoring prowess. Marmoush has shown his mettle in the Bundesliga, but it’s unclear if he’s prepared for the Premier League. At Anfield, replacing his compatriot might prove to be a significant challenge.

According to the report, the striker has aspirations of joining a major league team like Liverpool, so it is reasonable to believe that the chance to join them will be alluring.

Tottenham and Newcastle want Omar Marmoush

Tottenham need more quality in the attack as well. They are yet to replace Harry Kane properly and the striker should prove to be a quality addition. The 25-year-old could lead the line for Tottenham next season and solve their goalscoring problems..

Similarly, Newcastle need an alternative to Callum Wilson. Wilson has been an important prayer for them, but he can be quite unreliable in terms of availability. Alexander Isak is the only other reliable striker at the club. The Magpies must invest in a quality goalscorer and Marmoush fits the profile.
