Dequan Finn, a transfer from Toledo, is one of the better quarterbacks still available. According to BetOnline, the latest odds favor Finn to join the Michigan football program. Finn is an intriguing name in the portal and has thrown for 44 touchdowns with a combined 15 rushing scores for Toledo. He is also from Detroit, so playing for the hometown Michigan football program could be appealing. Ohio State is also looking for a quarterback after Kyle McCord entered the system, while Michigan State recently signed Oregon State transfer Aidan Chiles.

After passing for 2,654 yards and gaining another 563 yards on 123 runs in 13 games for Toledo—who concluded the season with an 11-2 record and will take on Wyoming in the Arizona Bowl on December 30—Finn was recently awarded the MAC Player of the Year.
